In 2021, Caroline decided to return to her hometown of Sparta, Tennessee, and open her own practice where she focuses on personal injury matters. 

Prior to starting her own law firm, Caroline represented clients across Tennessee at the Law Offices of John Day, P.C. from 2014 to 2020, and in 2020, Caroline became the Managing Attorney of The Barnes Firm LLC’s Tennessee office where she continued to focus her practice on personal injury cases.
