Sapp (the “Law Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of visitors to our website, including contacts for our clients and prospective clients, contacts for suppliers of goods and services to the Law Firm, and any other entities or individuals where our Law Firm possess personal information.

Responding to Potential Client and/or Client Questions and Feedback: The Law Firm may use contact or identification information, and other service data to address potential client inquiries/feedback, which is necessary for the Law Firm to perform our contract with you. It may also be necessary for our legitimate interests to establish or maintain a relationship with you; it is also in your interest to receive a response from us when you contact us.

Law Firm Marketing: The Law Firm may use contact and identification information, as well as device and cookie data to communicate with you by way of alerts and posts to provide you with information about the Law Firm’s services that may be of interest to you. This processing is necessary for our legitimate interest to send you tailored marketing messages.

Transfers of Information: Your personal information may be transferred to or shared with selected service providers that the Law Firm may engage to host the Law Firm’s website.

 When you send information to the Law Firm, it does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and the Law Firm, and it is not intended to. Any transmission of the Law Firm’s website and/or any communication with the Law Firm through the Internet or electronic communications does not create an attorney-client relationship between any recipients and the Law Firm.

CHANGE OR UPDATE TO PRIVACY POLICY

The Law Firm may intermittently change or update its Privacy Policy because our practices or services may change or changes may be required by applicable regulatory or legal requirements. The last update to the Privacy Policy is posted below. The Law Firm encourages you to review it occasionally so that you will be informed about how the Law Firm uses your personal information.
